CVS Falkirk & District manage and distribute grant funds on behalf of a range of agencies and funders, bringing investment to the local third sector and enabling them to deliver a range of worthwhile services and activities for the benefit of the communities of Falkirk District.

The Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for Adults (the Fund) was established in October 2021 and funds community-based projects and activities supporting mental health and wellbeing across Scotland. Thanks to investments from Scottish Government the Fund has now been delivered 5 times, over 5 years.
The Fund has a strong focus on prevention and early intervention, aiming to support activities which address priority issues of social isolation and loneliness; suicide prevention; and tackling poverty and inequality.

Through the Scottish Government’s CLLD funding programme, investment is available for the financial year 2026/27 via a grant fund open to eligible applicants based in the defined Kelvin Valley and Falkirk area. The Kelvin Valley and Falkirk CLLD fund is for eligible rural communities located across the Falkirk Council, East Dunbartonshire Council and North Lanarkshire Council areas.
